2 terms
fixed wireless access (FWA) technical
"a global leader in 5G mobile broadband and 5G fixed wireless access (FWA) solutions"
Fixed wireless access (FWA) delivers high-speed internet to a specific home or business using radio signals from a nearby wireless tower or antenna rather than laying fiber or cable to each location. For investors, FWA matters because it can cut infrastructure costs and speed up service launches, expanding a provider’s customer reach and revenue potential while exposing the business to competition for limited spectrum and local regulatory rules — like choosing a wireless bridge instead of digging a road.
m&a integration financial
"strategic initiatives spanning talent strategy, inclusion and belonging, M&A integration and total rewards"
M&A integration is the process of combining two businesses after a merger or acquisition so they operate as one organization. It covers aligning people, systems, products and finances—like merging two kitchens into a single working kitchen—so expected cost savings, revenue gains and risk reductions are actually realized. Investors care because integration success determines whether the deal delivers promised value or creates disruption, extra costs and lost customers.
